This year we:

- Created an advisory board
- Changed from Wells Fargo to Beneficial State Bank
WORKERS
This year we:
- Raised wages for our Director of Operations
- Increased transparency into our business
- Delivered an equity, diversity, and inclusivity survey via Culture Amp
- Created an Employee Satisfaction Survey via Survey Monkey
COMMUNITY
This year we:
- Volunteered as a walk leader for WalkSF’s yearly Peak to Peak fundraiser
- Volunteered on the SF Waldorf High School Parent Diversity Committee
- Provided over $24,000 in pro bono work to the Golden Gate Business Association
- Served as Communications Chair for the Golden Gate Business Association board of directors
- Paid for 8 volunteer hours for a team member to serve at his child’s school
- Served on the advisory board for QuickHaven, a benefit corporation seeking startup funding to create temporary and emergency shelter for people without homes and disaster victims
- Co-led the Radical Inclusion action group for We The Change
ENVIRONMENT
This year we:
- Purchased carbon offsets
- Switched to 100% renewable energy through the city of San Francisco’s partnership with PG&E
- Continued to use green servers to power our website and our client websites
- Researched the purchase of solar packs so that our computers and cellphones can be solar powered, which will take us “off-grid” except for internet
CUSTOMERS
This year we:
- Created and implemented post-training surveys for our training modules
- Served women, minority, B Corp, and LGBTBE-certified businesses
- Worked with over 75% local businesses, including two foundations
GOALS FOR 2020
Like many of you, our goals for 2020 shifted dramatically with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our main goal this year has shifted to “Let’s get through this!”
So far, we have not had layoffs and are staying afloat.
