As our country is coming together and fighting for Black lives and elevating Black voices, everyone is finding ways to get involved in making change. There are many ways to take action—signing positions, donating, staying educated, and more. One thing to remember is that this is an ongoing battle and effort. Nothing like this is ever one and done. One way to elevate Black voices and make an effort, not just now but forever, is to support Black-owned Businesses in the Bay Area and beyond.
Since Colibri is based in the Bay Area, we have been searching for Black-owned businesses around the Bay to support. Below are some of our favorites and some we have never been to but are excited to visit.

Theopolis Wine and Vineyards
Theopolis Winery in NorCal has been around since 2003. The founder, Ms. Theodora Lee, is known as Theo-Patra, queen of the vineyards.
